Luck does receive his fair share of hype. But bear in mind that it is well deserved. He has been highly thought of for so long that he is subject to over-scrutiny. People grow tired of hearing about a single player this much, but it happened with Ndamukong SUh two years ago. The media began to question whether Gerald McCoy was a better prospect than Suh. However, this debate has been adequately settled for the time being. Does that make sense?

Absolutely, Ghost. I was thoroughly impressed with Murray’s performance against the Rams. Even if St. Louis is a very poor team….
At Oklahoma, Murray was a dynamic player in that spread attack. But mainly, he was a catching passes out of the backfield there. And up until this week, he and the offensive line showed no signs of life. So, you have to believe me when I say I was calling it as I saw it.

Nevertheless, I will admit that I have poor timing, but you are right to realize that any team can have 1 good week. If Dallas can put together a few good performances like that then they should be very difficult to stop.

Hmm…so perhaps the demise of the Dallas running attack was greatly exaggerated. I know it was just one week, but Murray sure looked like more than a third-down back to me. Nonetheless, a good read as usual. Keep up the good work.
