Imperical Evidence,
Im glad you enjoyed the layout of the study. I was very pleased by how well the data turned out, but I feel slightly as if I rushed explaining the results because I was so excited to get this posted :)

I like Rivals.com as a site. They do a nice job following which players have committed to universitites. I use the site mainly to follow U of M recruits.
I wanted to see if there was a correlation between rivals hype and nfl hype. Conclusion: strong correlation at the top, but it fades quickly after you get past the top 10 or so players in the rivals100.
Thanks again for commenting on the site, too!

Thats a whole lot of research , and the info is laid out nicely. I think anyone that has ever tried to predict , or rank , players coming out of high school will always overlook that player that develops faster in college.

All this draft hype , including Rivals , is all about 'the next great thing'.

I love the way this information was presented , great stuff!!
