Considered one of the most explosive players in recent memory, Harvin is capable of breaking a screen pass into a touchdown on any given play. A living, breathing highlight reel. His coach calls him the best player in America. At the University of Florida, he averaged 9.4 yards per carry and 16.1 yards per catch.
At his pro day, Harvin caught every ball, ran extremely well on his routes, and displayed that elite burst out of his stance that makes NFL teams salivate. Great strength-to-weight ratio. His versatility forces opponents to account for his whereabouts on every play. Despite his small stature, he shows the courage to meet larger defenders head on. Very effective in goal-line/short yardage situations.
Has injury concerns, doesn’t have a true position.
Late first round selection.

As you mentioned, the biggest thing with Harvin is staying healthy. If he can stay in the lineup, he will be a difference maker. That is a big “if” though, given his track record. Of course, he’s more likely to get injured doing return duty so it will be interesting to see how much his coach wants to risk him out there.
Well said Ghost.
He is the classic example of the guy with infinite talent, but questionable health.
